PeopleHub is a human resources and employee experience platform designed for retail chains, F&B groups, and enterprise service businesses that aims to streamline workforce administration, shift scheduling, and internal policy access across web and mobile environments.
Challenges
PeopleHub aims to unify daily HR operations and improve internal communication across distributed teams. However, several challenges stood in the way of achieving this goal:
– Complex multi-shift and multi-branch rostering: Managing schedules across diverse locations led to shift conflicts, understaffing, and excessive manual overhead for branch managers.
– Repetitive HR inquiry burden: HR teams spent significant hours answering routine policy questions regarding leave entitlements, benefits, and company rules.
– Disjointed onboarding and attendance verification: Manual tracking of new hire checklists and timesheet exceptions resulted in missing records and delayed payroll processing.- Fragmented lead & pipeline visibility: Inconsistent tracking across teams led to missed follow-ups, delayed quote responses, and unorganized deal progression.
Solutions
To overcome the challenges, Hola Tech adhered to the best practices. Key components of the solution included:
– AI policy assistant: Integrated a context-aware HR copilot trained exclusively on verified company handbooks, allowing employees to query policies and receive cited responses instantly.
– Intelligent shift rostering: Built an automated scheduling engine that analyzes employee availability, skills, and labor hour limits to suggest optimized shift coverage.
– Automated new hire onboarding: Created guided digital onboarding workflows that deliver task checklists, company documentation summaries, and mentor assignments to new employees.
– Enterprise customization and implementation: When deployed for enterprise clients, Hola Tech tailors the solution by establishing branch structures, shift patterns, and approval workflows, connecting existing time-tracking and payroll systems, and ingesting approved policy documents with fine-grained access permissions for AI retrieval.
