– Scalability for users: Supporting real-time communication for 1,000+ simultaneous users across direct messages, group chats, and meeting rooms, while ensuring low latency and high availability.
– Security within internal network: Ensuring stringent security protocols for all communications and data exchange within the internal network, protecting sensitive company information from unauthorized access.
– User experience and interface design: Creating an intuitive, user-friendly interface that encourages adoption and facilitates efficient communication and collaboration for a diverse employee base.
Solutions
To ensure that Digiwork Hub reached its aim, Hola Tech adhered to the best practices. Key components of the solution included:
– Robust and scalable backend: Leveraging NodeJS and MentorJS allowed for the development of a high-performance and scalable backend capable of handling real-time communication for over 1,000 simultaneous users.
