To overcome the challenges, Hola Tech adhered to the best practices. Key components of the solution included:

– Microservices architecture with NestJS: We designed the PRM as a microservices-based system using NestJS. This modular approach allowed for independent development, deployment, and scaling of core functionalities such as partner management, communication, and analytics. This architecture ensures high availability, fault tolerance, and the flexibility to integrate new features without impacting the entire system.

– Centralized data management with MySQL: All partner-related data, including profiles, communications, and performance metrics, were consolidated into a centralized MySQL database. This robust relational database provided a single source of truth, ensuring data consistency and integrity across all microservices and enabling efficient querying and reporting for comprehensive partner insights.

– Streamlined workflows and API-driven integration: We developed various modules in NestJS to automate key PRM workflows, from partner onboarding to performance reporting. These modules expose well-defined APIs, facilitating seamless integration with Deepcare’s existing systems and external tools. This API-first approach not only streamlined internal processes but also enabled secure and efficient data exchange with partners.
